This role will support our Sales Department from receiving a new enquiry, costing and quoting right through to the sale of a project. The role is being advertised due to the growth within the business and industry and would entail being an integral member within the Sales Team, supporting the Business Development Manager & Estimating team.

Specific duties would include (but not limited to) receiving new enquiries (both via phone & email), putting together costings and quotations for new and existing schemes. Support and follow up of enquiries to the sale of the project and handover of project information once secured to our delivery team. The role has the opportunity for growth and development within an already growing business.

Key tasks will include:

• Using a sales CRM system to log and update enquiries
• Providing calculated costings and descriptive quotations
• Issuing of quotations direct to our clients
• Liaise with clients to obtain specific information in order to provide an accurate quotation
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain best prices
• Provide assistance to the Business Development Management
• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Taking incoming calls and directing calls to relevant departments
• Familiarity with Microsoft office, Internet and Email proficiency.
• Understanding of computer security and privacy.
• Phone Follow up of project quotations / key suppliers where required.

£25-30k based on experience.
