We are incredibly proud that STORTEC has been named Low Carbon Business of the Year at the prestigious Be Inspired Business Awards (BIBAs) an achievement that represents a significant milestone in our journey as a business.
To be recognised among some of the most successful and forward-thinking businesses across Lancashire is a tremendous honour. The BIBAs are widely regarded as one of the region’s most prestigious business awards, making this recognition particularly meaningful to everyone at STORTEC.
We were also incredibly proud to be named Runner Up and Highly Commended in the Medium Business of the Year category, further recognising the strength, growth and ambition of our business.
While awards such as these may carry the name of the company, they are ultimately a reflection of the people behind it. It is the STORTEC team that makes everything happen. Across every department of our business, every individual contributes to the standards, culture and performance that have brought us to this point.
Our Low Carbon Business of the Year award is particularly important to us because sustainability is not something we simply talk about — it is something we are continually working to embed into the way we operate, from our products and supply chain to our projects, people and day-to-day decisions.
Winning a BIBA is more than a moment of celebration. It provides valuable recognition of the hard work, commitment and progress of the entire organisation and reinforces our ambition to continue challenging ourselves, improving what we do and creating a business we can all be proud to be part of.
